THE DEETS!
CHELCHELE IS BACK, AND WE ARE STOKED
Banko Chelchele is a village in the Gedab district of the Gedeo Zone. The region’s high elevation, rich soil, and cool climate create ideal conditions for exceptional coffee. This lot is fermented anaerobically for 7-10 days in cold, pressurized tanks to a precise Brix level. The coffee is dried on raised beds to a moisture content of 11%. The result is intensely fruity and sweet, with luscious notes of blueberry, black plum, and sugar cookie.

WHAT'S
AGTRON?
Agtron is a scale used to measure the color of roasted coffee by shining light onto a coffee sample and measuring the reflected light to assign a numerical value. It provides an objective way to track roast development and maintain consistency.
